setia888 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations, and the Rules That Protect Both

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive values credited to a Player's account by setia888 under the terms of a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process setia888 applies to all Players before permitting withdrawals or in response to specific account activity triggers.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between setia888 and all registered Players.

References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to setia888. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. Where context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and setia888. Your use of any service on the setia888 platform — including but not limited to depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and making withdrawals — constitutes unambiguous acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active setia888 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

setia888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Players in Pakistan are required to provide valid CNIC documentation as part of the standard KYC process.

Where setia888 has reason to believe that a registered account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age, setia888 will immediately suspend the account, retain all funds pending investigation, and cooperate fully with any relevant authority.

Each eligible person may register exactly one (1) setia888 account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must notify setia888 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your setia888 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. setia888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify setia888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

setia888 conducts Know Your Customer verification in accordance with responsible gaming obligations and financial integrity standards. All Pakistan players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear, legible copy of the front and back of your valid Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Proof of ownership of the PKR payment method registered on your account (e.g., Easypaisa wallet statement, JazzCash account confirmation, or NayaPay account verification).
• Any additional documentation setia888 may reasonably request in connection with a specific transaction or account activity pattern.

Operating more than one setia888 account is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device, shared payment method, shared IP address, or document matching — setia888 will close all duplicate accounts, retain any bonus funds credited to those accounts, and may at its discretion retain or return real-money balances in accordance with the circumstances of the violation.

All PKR deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is registered to a person other than the setia888 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit reversal and potential account suspension.

Standard processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. setia888 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. setia888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds. Where a player has received Bonus Funds, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real PKR. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games, sports bets, and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are specified per offer.
• Time Limits: All setia888 bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically without notice.

Any Player identified as exploiting bonus mechanics through low-risk wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or coordinated play with other Players may have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for suspension.

By placing a wager on any setia888 game or market, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

2. Money Laundering: Using the setia888 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of unlawful activity. setia888 maintains a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.

No Player or third party is granted any licence, right, or permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any setia888 platform content without the express prior written consent of setia888.

The setia888 name, the setia888 logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary to setia888. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in connection with any competing gaming platform, affiliate scheme not expressly authorised by setia888, or any misleading communication — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Players retain ownership of any content they submit to setia888 (such as support communications or feedback), but grant setia888 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the operation of the platform and the improvement of setia888 services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, setia888's total aggregate liability to any Player — arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, platform use, or any game outcome — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money PKR deposits made by that Player to setia888 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

setia888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from:

• Any game outcome, sports result, or cockfighting event result, whether or not the outcome is later found to be affected by a technical malfunction.
• Temporary unavailability of the setia888 platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or third-party service provider failures beyond setia888's reasonable control.
• Delays in PKR withdrawal processing caused by Pakistan payment provider outages, banking system maintenance, or government-mandated interruptions to financial services.
• Unauthorised access to your setia888 account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on game strategy guides, third-party betting systems, or any other external materials in connection with wagering on setia888.

Nothing in this section limits setia888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where limitation of liability would be unlawful under applicable law.

setia888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, financial obligations, or core platform rules — setia888 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice to registered Pakistan players via the contact details held on their account. Where amendments are minor or administrative in nature, setia888 may update these Terms & Conditions with immediate effect and post a notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date on this page reflects the most recent revision.

Players may request closure of their setia888 account at any time by contacting setia888 support. Upon account closure, setia888 will return any remaining real-money PKR balance to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed under these Terms & Conditions. Bonus Funds are not returned upon voluntary account closure.

setia888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and with or without prior notice where setia888 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has violated these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the Player's PKR balance will be held securely and returned if the investigation concludes in the Player's favour.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version is the definitive and authoritative version. In the event of any discrepancy between an English-language communication from setia888 and a translation, the English version prevails.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the nearest valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
